Shaping and Finishing: Some EPS machines may include additional shaping or finishing steps to further refine the product. This could involve trimming, further cutting, or smoothing the surface to meet specific design requirements, ensuring the product is ready for its intended use.

This includes monitoring bead density, ensuring the molding process is accurate, and checking the final product for defects. Quality control helps to maintain consistency in the final EPS products, ensuring they meet industry standards.
