The frame is welded by square pipe, with compact structure and beautiful appearance.Electric wire cutting, smooth and smooth cut marks. The electric control box is mounted on the cutting rack. The machine has a stroke protection function. When the movement stroke exceeds the specified stroke, the device automatically stops, and also has functions such as power-off memory, reverse cutting and rotation, mirror symmetry, and gap compensation.

Functions & Features

The machine has strong frame, voltage adjustment device, big transformer and frequency control of motor speed, which makes multi-wire cutting and speed control available.

    MAIN FEATURES

    The cnc foam cutting machine process can be showed on the display screen; cutting speed is adjustable (max. 4000mm/min).

    Correct feeding method can assure even density.Use closed expansion chamber and pressure sensor control technology to realize stable foaming pressure.

    The main intake of steam control valve is pneumatic valve, good sealing, and long life;Using the programmable control with color touch screen control, easy to operate;

     

     

    The machine has horizontal vertiacl and cross cuttting devices and can realize 3-direction cutting i.e.horizontal vertical and cross cutting;
